- Come to Karingal Hub at your time with your device and its charger.
- A Youngster works with you one to one on whatever you want to learn or fix.
- Stay on afterwards and chat with other locals if you like.

Is it free?
Yes. The tech help sessions at Karingal Hub are free to attend.
Do I need to book?
Booking a 30 minute time means a Youngster is ready for you. You can book online or call us on 1300 774 711. If you come without a booking we will still help you when a Youngster is free.
What should I bring?
The phone, tablet or laptop you want help with, its charger, and any passwords you will need, such as your Apple ID or Google account.
Who are the Youngsters?
Young people from the local area, paid for their work. Every Youngster has a National Police Check and is screened and trained by us. Learners rate them 4.8 out of 5 on average, and they solve the problem the first time 89% of the time.
Can I get help at home instead?
